Can I cancel?: Any time, from your own account page. No email, no phone call, and no charge after the period you have already paid for.
When does the discount start?: Immediately. You get a link to the member shop as soon as checkout completes, with member pricing already applied.
Is there a minimum?: No. Buy one pair a year or ten. The membership is $5 per month either way.
Who do I talk to?: A person. Reply to any email from us and it reaches the Rheos team, not a ticket queue.
